Initial Enquiry
Submit your enquiry with your event date, venue, and a brief description of your vision. We will confirm availability and schedule a consultation.

Consultation
A 45-minute consultation to discuss your vision, colour palette, structural preferences, and budget. We will share reference imagery and make recommendations.

Proposal
We prepare a detailed proposal including itemised pricing, arrangement descriptions, and a mood board. Revisions are included.

Confirmation
A 50% deposit confirms your date. The balance is due two weeks before the event.

Installation
Our team arrives at your venue on the day to install all arrangements. We coordinate with your venue and event planner.

Collection
We return after the event to collect all hired items. Purchased arrangements are yours to keep.
